sorry 4 another noob question

so what exactly is the interceptor gauge u guys talk about,and how does it help our cars? and secondly, what does the dual pass intercooler plate do? please don't bash on me lol, sorry i don't know everything about cars

the interceptor gauge plugs into the diagnostic port and reads the data stream, so you can look at the data almost any of the engine sensors picks up.

the dual pass end plate is a bit more complex to explain, basicly it routs the coolant through the intercooler in a more efficient way and it will lower charge temps.

sweet so i take it the interceptor guage is a good investment then huh? lol i'll have to go and see some prices on em...as for the dual pass i'll have to look into that too

id go with a 2nd heat exchanger before the dual pass, it makes more of a difference in charge temps.

Dual Pass is junk......... oh wait I didn't say that!

Intercepter is pretty cool... keep tabs on your IAT's... knock... all sorts of useful ****!

i don't know too much about cooling mods obviously lol, but i've heard nothing but good things about getting a 2nd heat exchanger. So i'll do exchanger, and gauge first then maybe dual pass? that'll be a bit of a bite in my wallet lol...

Front mount H/E, and meth are the 2 best cooling options available for the money!

that's right i totally forgot bout h20/meth injection...the usually runs bout 400 buck right? gotta kinda keep a low budget cuz i've got a newborn that's kinda takin my money already lol...

Nah you can get fender mount kits around 200-250.00

Quiet! You don't need a dual pass if you're running stage 2. Move to 60's and a 2.7 then yeah you pretty much need it.

Yeah it's cool, but only truly necessary if you plan on changing things in your car; useful as a code reader but you can get that for 20 bucks on ebay so...

when u say changing things in my car, would i need the interceptor if i took it to like a shop to have it tuned? or only if I was the one doing the tuning? lol cuz i wouldn't have a clue where to start with that...
