Yeah I was so close to getting a red 05 and then BAM! 18k for a brand new SS/SC compared to the 22,640 i was going to pay...the guy told me he could give it to me for 200 cheaper I was like wow what a difference.

Edit: That probably sounds like jibber jabbish...I know it did to me when I read it again. I meant the salesman at the dodge dealership said he would give me 200 off. I said that's all you could do? He's like well these are hot cars and I was like well I guess. Then my dad told me about the Cobalt SS which I had never heard about. Saw it when they had employee pricing, and had 3000 points on the GM card. I couldn't say no.

But I kinda regret not buying the srt4 sometimes. My friend has one and has Mopar Stage 3 and an exhaust and runs mid 12's. That's what I wanted. No worries there. But I have to do all little stuff now in order to run 12's even low 13's and have to worry about blowing up the supercharger, heads, clutch, etc.
