SS Bumper and Side Skirt ?

SS Bumper and Side Skirt ?
I have a 07 Cobalt LS that I am going to be boosting soon. I found a place that is selling the front fascia off the SS that I want to use to replace the LS front fascia because it is just simply ugly.
Anyways, does the SS fascia use the same hardware as the LS fascia, meaning does the same screws and tabs that hold the LS fascia in place, hold the SS fascia in place?
my next question is about the side skirts. I want to add them to my LS, so i know that they will fit, but what hardware do I use to install them with?
any info is appreciated
