I just test drove again with led's and didn't get flashed. I aimed them down. Light isn't as focused as a projector but it is heck of a lot nicer than the halogen yellow

I'll run these until people get pissed at me.

 

I got the retrofit itch like a crack addict! I'm a $35 part short of just getting it done but about $150 in parts away from doing it the way I wanna do it to make it all uber sexy! But alas life keeps getting in the way

How's the beam pattern? I have the "7th Gen Philips ZES" LED (fanless) and find that the beam pattern is way too scattered with the stock headlights. Before you say to go to projectors, my 2007 Mustang's stock reflector headlights with 9008 LEDs is a perfect replacement with the same exact cut-off and beam pattern with the right hot spot. It just seems like the stock reflectors on the Cobalt are the main problem but the aftermarket headlights are all garbage (water intrusion, etc)
