Man, this would have never happened at the Jiffly lube I managed.
What sucks is we had a reputation around town (small town at the time) as being fantastic, with excellent service, and very knowledgable people that would get the job done right, and get it done well. And techs and managers like the one in the video, are what tarnish the reputation of a whole chain. That was when I was supervising the store (8 years ago). I left and never did make it back there to see if any of the same guys were working there.


As a whole though, Jiffy Screw is not typically the best place to go.
Before I opened the store I was just talking about I had worked in stores that would literally hiar high school kids with 0 knowledge of cars.

So moral of the story, not ALL Jiffy Lubes are crap, but MOST of them are.

the dealer lmao. if u cant change oil find another hobby. ive worked at dealers and also my dads a VERY good mechanic (since hes 10 hes been putting in trannies) and he wasnt at all surprised to see this. the world is all about MONEY. u go to the dealer, unless its ur buddy working there, 9/10 ur getting fucked PERIOD
