Stuffing SS 18"s in a 'Balt?

Hey folks... I found an amazing deal on a snow tire and possibly wheel package for my 2009 SS through a connection. The only issue I have is that the place where I can get the deal is 330km (205mi) from where I live. I'm getting like a $400-$700 discount depending on if I can get the wheels (if they fit) so I'm cool spending the gas to drive down and back, but here's my question...

Has anyone ever fit four wheels/tires into the trunk/back seat of their 'Balt? I strongly doubt it will fit, but otherwise I'm going to have to make my dad tag along in the family Honda Odyssey to haul the summer wheels/tires. I figure it's worth asking, just in case they somehow fit.

I'd cover the entire interior with blankets to keep it clean, FYI.

you should be able to easily fit two in the trunk, and two in the back seat; if not all 4 in the back seat.

You'll be fine...

I once put all for stock rims, that were in boxes in my back seat.

-----------

Still can't get it to work; just lay the rear seats down, and you'll have plenty of room.

make sure they are the right offset, because of your big brakes on that 09, thers a alot of wheels that wont clear them. Would suck to drive all the way down there and they dont clear the Brembo calipers

i fit my 16's in the trunk no problem, which are bigger than the 18's. 2 in the trunk, 2 in the back seat.

I put all four wheels/ tires in my trunk and backseat just fine too get winter tires mounted on the stock rims.... just take some cardboard ( lots) so your tires dont smudge up the inside of your car.....I actually had 4 new rims, and 4 separate winter tires..... so lots of room...

The guy sells these 17" alloys as winters for other cars with Brembos and he claims they have the same bolt pattern and should fit... Worst case scenario, he'll try and mount them and they'll hit the calipers.

So the backup: he'll keep a nice set of 225/40R18 snows on hold for me just incase and mount them on the stock wheels

Either way I'm walking away with a solid winter package (hopefully some shitty alloys rather than my forged) for an enormous discount.

Thanks for the help, gents!

Yup, I just folded down the seat so no chance of damaging the leather, put the tires/wheels in tire bags - fits fine.

pfft. You all suck.

Drove to Columbus, OH with 4 (mounted) 20" rims and 245/40/20 (for a crossover suv) in the backseat/trunk.

4 16's fit, 4 17's fit...not sure about 18's...of course I have a redline but I'm sure the cobalt has fold down rear seats.

What does he say it's for? Typically these are swapable (except maybe rub issues): ss, ss/sc/tc, redline, sky (I think), solstice (I think), g6, saab 93, hhr, malibu maxx, catera; that's about it...that's for the factory pattern. None of these have brembos (maybe the tc does I haven't done my research). There are some aftermarket options of course...are they axis (rays made but not rays) wheels?

The wheels are BSW Model 264s... I've only been dealing through my contact rather than with the actual tire sales guy, but the store's main web page advertises in big bold letters "YES! OUR WINTER ALLOYS WILL CLEAR BREMBOS!"

The guy could be mistaken, but he seems to be dealing in good faith. Even if he's wrong I still have the 225/40R18s waiting there for me, so I win no matter what.
