My ss/sc is wrong.

Yes, my glass roof (not the shade) needs to come back 3-4" more. My dealer has a call into GM Engineers. I have a few posts regarding them. Call Sunroof trim and sunroof visor info. PenguinPie has also posted pictures with his measurements. Its definitely not right.

The Sunroof is NOT suppose to go all the way back, just like MOST after market Sunroof do not go back.... HOWEVER, I have been having tons of aftermarket Sunroofs installed, and the ones we put in CLOSE AUTOMATICALLY when you lock the doors when leaving the vehicle.

Not an Engineering error, most Sunroofs on GM Vehicles open about 80%. The Sunroofs on the Trailblazer go into the roof and open all the way as does Tahoe and Suburban and Avalanche.

SO I doubt GM will have pity on you, since that is how they planned it!

If your dealer has a call into GM I say that's a crock and flat out lie if they have ever sold a car with a sunroof before, because they know this is how it is, I'd be upfront and tell you that is how they work - ENJOY IT!

I KNOW THAT MOST OPEN 80%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MINE DOESN'T OPEN THAT FAR! ITS AT ABOUT 50%!! ITS BEEN COMPARED TO OTHERS! I'VE HAD THEM IN THE PAST TOO! CURRENTLY HAVE ANOTHER CAR WITH ONE! THERE'S A FLIPPIN PROBLEM! I GET WIND GUSTS IN THE CAR! SUNROOFS DON'T DO THAT! ITS ABOUT 3" TOO SHORT! I NEVER SAID IT WAS AN ENGINEERNG ERROR. ITS JUST AN ADJUSTMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND THEY CALLED THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT ASKING FOR THE FIX!!!!!!!!!! THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TEAR THE CAR TO PIECES AND I DIDN'T WANT THEM TOO EITHER! WHO THE HECK WAS LOOKING FOR PITY! MY DEALER ISN'T A CROCK! OBVIOUSLY YOU'VE BEEN CROCKED BEFORE! MAYBE YOU NEED TO READ MY OTHER RECENT POST, OR DID, AND HAVE COME TO YOUR PITY CONCLUSIONS! AND SINCE YOU DON'T HAVE ONE ON YOURS, YOU WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND!
