Supercharged 2.2s Chime In

Ok so for a while now I have been seeing thread after thread about people having problems with their supercharged 2.2s. people seem to be having Idling, misfire, lean/rich issues along with mass cel codes
So if you have supercharged your 2.2 post up your complete setup, Tune (trifecta or other) , any problems you had with your build (codes, misfire, ect) if you fixed the problems or not, and what you did to fix them

Lets see if we can help each other out and figure out why a lot of people are having problems

I will start. my supercharged setup consisted of (complete LSJ supercharger setup, LSJ TB, 42lb injectors LSJ 2.5 map rewired for IAT at manifold, NGK BKR7E <-(turns out they are only for LSJ oops) LSJ stock intake. my problems included random cylinder misfire when on boost and very erratic rpm surges sometimes revved on its own until it hit rev limiter I was tuned with trifecta never got the problems solved

Trifecta tuning sucks for this as I've come to learn. So many people are having issues with it. The 2.2 was not meant to be supercharged.

my setup:
3.0 pulley
60# injectors
stock 2.2 map sensor
zzp 3in intake
trifecta tune

my problems:
P0300 random misfires
P0171 lean bank 1
the misfires cause it to stall randomly. hasnt done it since i fixed a small vacuum leak though, still misses but doesnt stall. other than that it runs great

How much do you guys spend on average to supercharge a 2.2? im a bit curious, only if its on a budget, granted you get what you pay for, id be fine with something on low psi just for some more kick.

so guys it seems like a lot of people having problems were trifecta tuned with that being said I know there is HP tuners but from what I understand (and corect me if im wrong) HP tuners does not support the L61. there is also AEM fic 8 but its a lot of hack and mash wireing and then thats only a piggyback so what other tunning options are there?

Either lose some boost or lose some timing. The other 2 ways you listed are the only ways.

Octane booster isnt recommended.
