m62, zzp 2.9" pulley, stock lsj cooling system, lsj TB, lsj header and 2.5" catback. I need to get a bigger DP and a bigger h/e. I was tuned by trifecta, and The issue im having comes up as a TB sensor code. Ill check later for the actual codes on my scan tool. For instance if Im full throttle, the car goes into limp mode randomly. It doesnt happen everytime, but im getting sick of it. I have to pull over, and turn the car off for like 30 seconds.

Lsj intake mani, m62, 2.9 pulley, stage 3 zzp heat exchanger, dual pass, 60# injectors, injen intake, trifecta tune. No idle issues or misfires. 15-16 psi runs strong put a couple thousand miles on it and no problems.

Lol I tuned a hhr 2.2 built and a auto. With a tvs and Meth 2.6 pulley blown the trans. And now is fully built on everthing... Issue is Cams. Not to big. So idle had to be raised up for a better dd idle.

2006
Trifecta Tune
Automatic

Stock Pulley
Option B Dual Pass
Stock LSJ Heat Exchanger
80lb
Autolite 1-Step Colder plugs
RD Fabs 3" CAI

Been having idle issues for over a year only have 6 revisions to tune. Hopefully I can get it sorted out this year, getting tired of brake boosting everywhere.

I have the ngk 1 step colder, not lsj. I really don't know how or why anyone is having problems because I got my tune dialed in after the first few updates.

3" pulley, 60s, cobra HE, 3" intake, LSJ exhaust manifold, 2.5" ZZP catless downpipe, 2.5" exhaust, patriot stage 2 ported head, trifecta tuned

had the following problems:
1) injectors not sealing in head
-fixed with new o-rings

2) LSJ throttle body not wired correctly
-found out TB wiring is different between Cobalt/Ion, got Ion schematic from Vince

3) turbulence around MAF causing skewed readings
-made sure MAF was located in straight piping with no nearby bends

4) spark blowout
-tightened plug gap down to .030

5) intercooler pump not working
-replaced intercooler pump

6) primary o2 sensor supposedly not reading correctly
-had problems getting my tune dialed in completely, Vince claimed my o2 sensor was off because it was reading leaner than it really was. never really resolved this but car runs okay for now

7) car misfiring
-42s were poorly spliced into factory harness. switched to EV6 injectors and a new stock injector harness (plug & play)

I've been through it all
