Timing chain sound

I have a 2.2 base I know this is a common issue but I'm starting to hear the chain sound like it's loose but it doesn't sound no where close to some of the videos I've heard what should I do. I'm going to change the tenisor but should i see if the chain guides are in good shape

But the thing that's getting me is that it doesn't make the sound all the time but when it does you can tell it's the timing chain for sure

I would inspect the guides while youre at it, but the new tensioner should def fix the problem.
