I have all of my windows tinted at 5 % and the passenger and driver side window at 20% it looks awesome I love tinted windows it makes my feel all private.
ost tint shops that do the "sun strip" only go down the the AS1 line or a little past that. if you look on the A piller driver side on the glass you will see AS1 with an arrow thats the AS1 line most tint shops dont go past that tro far. i have mine done at 5% i love it looks real sharp on a black car, i bet it will look very good on a yellow one.

yea i think im gunna go with the 15% and a 4-5 inch for sure. ill have to measure it out and see exactly where 4 inches gets me compared to 5.

when i had my windows tinted the first time, the guy asked me if i wanted a sunbar, i have no idea why i told him no. lol

theres actually the AS-1 line where most states use for the "legal" length of the strip but on the cobalt is really small. I would check state law and see what you can get away with. Here it is the AS-1 line but ive tinted below it... exactly like smoke jensen

I had my windows done 35% all around. I also had the top windshield tinted and it looked awesome on rally yellow. Stands out big time. Thats why I had to remove the tint on the windows because of tickets....=(

well mainly because i couldnt change my mind.... the reason for 2 layers everywhere is because it was easier then removing the "stock" 35% (plus the 35 had a lil bit of a reflective look to it so it really looks nice) and the 3rd 5% on the back was because i didnt think it was dark enough. I wanted for no one to literally be able to see thru. Im pretty darn close right now (only time you could slightly see thru was either when there was light inside and it was dark out or when the sun was shining thru the windshield and i had the silver dynamat all over the rear deck
