one quick coment..

its not a solid engine mount. its a poly engine mount. Solid engine mounts for my F-body (and every other car in the world) mean a steel post with bolt holes. and Polyurathane engine mounts are just that.. polyurathane.

Looks great though!

We should have these available for purchase in the next day or two online... Keep checking the "drivetrain" section, under the cobalt model

I am ready and have paypal in hand. I'm in for a silver mount and red bushing. What will shipping be to 52590. What is the word on the tranny bushings and if they are ready what is the price for the engine/tranny pair?

We added this new mount to the website. Here is a direct link:

http://www.turbotechracing.com/produ...idproduct=4933

These are made to order (Powder Coated and Assembled) which does take about 1 week.

We are running a special at $20.00 off for the first few orders. Order soon and save!

Let us know if you have any Q's.

Also, included are color install instructions. Install takes about 15-30 minutes with basic hand tools.

We will post up pictures of the mount alone, uninstalled soon to view the high quality craftsmanship.

We have only tested this unit on the 2.0 SS SC. For the time being until we test other models we are only offering this to that specific model.

Would the Ingalls still fit with this?

What about differences between this and the ZZP... I hate to say it... but the ZZP mount looks a lot sturdier.

You do not need the ingalls with this unit, as you will not have any engine movement.

The base on this mount is made from thick 1/4" steel.

We do many FEA analysis on the mount to evaluate stresses that will occur. This mount is very strong and we stand behind our products.

We are the leader in engine mounts for the Cavalier/Sunfire, if you have heard any comments from those owners, they will be nothing but positive.

Also, the structural appearance cannot always be distinguished by the eye. It takes many hours of engineering and design to create a high quality product, which we do and take pride in every product we sell.

hey TTR, just wondering if you could outline (either in your current photos or new ones) what the different parts that you ask about coloring for are on this thing.

base, top, poly, etc just so i know exactly where each color's going

also I see you're in MN... interested in any Ion work?

Sorry, I was messed up on the pricing. I thought it was $20.00 of the $169.99. However normal price is $189.99 and $20.00 off is $169.99. We are offering this price for the first 10 orders only. Then it will go back to normal price.

Yes, extreamly close, the later cavalier's have the same color, we have painted 100's of this color, and it matches really close. The customers with the cavalier's have had nothing but very positive comments on the paint color.

So I take it that there is no new news on the tranny mounts.

It isn't GM based colors, as we cannot get exact powder coat to match, however it is close. We have a blue metalic that matches pretty well.

Need your opinions on color choices. My Cobey is Electric Blue (Blue to Purple depending on light) and I don't want the mount to be solid blue from top to bottom. What do ya'll suggest as far as what parts to make blue?? I see that you can change the color of the base, top(I believe) and the insert.

Is the 169.99 deal still goin on and is this with free shipping?? By the way, keep up the good work Turbo.

get a blue base, black insert, and a hand polished upper support. (hand polished is 20 bucks extra)
