Doesnt detect knock. Has a function called command afr but it always reads 1.00. I think its worth the money for the scanner alone.

 

Can I read IAT's off this gauge???

Well I got my gauge in today. And it does nothing but screw with my car, it puts the secuirty light on. It then makes my car say I have low coolant, power steering problem and the gauges flick off and on at random. I tried it in my winter beater (02 grand am ecotec) and it worked fine :S

 

Looks like a good pickup for the ion instead of an interceptor.

 

That happened to me too u have to unplug it turn car off plug it in then turn key but dont start car and let it do its thing. then yoo should be good to go.

 

Mine does read anything.... Its just good to clear up codes... Dissappointed

 

It dont read knock and we still not sure it reads iat2 for the lsj, imo u get what u pay for. If u really wanna keep an eye on ur engine get the interceptor.
