I actually talked to a dealer today. I wanna buy a Cobalt and have three offers from 3 dealers. Two are only offering me invoice. Another is offerin me invoice minus $100. One of the two are a smaller dealership and they said that wit a bigger dealership, theyll probly void my warranty even if i only put a cai on, but his dealership probly wont. Wat u guys think? Who should I pick? If u live in the NJ area, im talkin bout Franchini, Crane, and Schumacher.

Manufacturer invoice or Dealership Invoice pricing? Someone can always go lower. Doesn't sound like that great of a deal.

the shifter and intake has what to do with the guages?? exactly, nothing... so they have to fix your guages

It doesn't matter what dealership you actually buy your car from...you can take it ANYWHERE to have it serviced

Where you buy your car has **** to do with the Warranty. It's GM's warranty, not the dealers - even if someone were to say some silly crap like that, you could always just take it to another dealer.

Aside from that, read the Federal laws written on this. CAI and Catbacks will NEVER void your warranty.

I am highly offended by this statement. I love my 2.2 ls Cobalt. I have come real close to taking Mustangs in my 2.2ls. Why does everyone disrespect the ls.

Just had to say that.

What are your gauges doing? The reason I ask is I have been having a problem with my gauges too. Only in the morning, but all my gauges will quit working and it says power steering arcross the DIC. Dealer has not been able to figure it out yet eather.

know your rights, and you won't... i would have asked that lady, "how did my shifter have anything to do with the guages acting up? o, they didn't? ok... how did my intake have anything to do with my guages acting up? O, they didn't? So, on what grounds are you saying that you can void the warranty again?"
