We need to come up with better names...

It's getting old to hear people say: "Do you have the SS non s/c, or the SS/sc?" and: "My SS/s/c beat a type-s"

The two versions of the SS have their own unique engines:

SS--2.0L
SS--2.4L

All other Cobalt's are 2.2L...So from now on, I suggest we just refer to our specific SS' like this:

"Hey, does anyone know fi there's an intake for the 2.0?" or: " The 2.0 will beat a WRX, but the 2.4 won't"

Most people on here already know which SS has what, so for day-to-day chat, we should just use the above verbage. And, maybe have a sticky for noobs, and outsiders as to what the difference between the two SS' are, that way we won't have thrwads full of "what's a 2.4 SS?" and such.
I will be the first person to start this new "language"...

P.S. Or maybe "LSJ" and "LE5" would do also.

Ah you just want is to make things easier. But I have no problem with SS S/C or SS.... doesn't matter what you call it because other people are going to use what they first used.

^^^Right..typing "2.0" is faster, and less reading than " SS non s/c"..just like how people in chat room use simple language: stfu, lol, ttyl...easier than:

shut the **** up
laugh out loud
talk toy ou later

See what I mean?

You're acting like people are calling it a Super Sport SuperCharged when infact they are saying SS SC. So what's your arguement exactly?
