A week and counting at the Dealership!!!

So apparently the bypass valve on the supercharger is broken but the dealership cannot find one to replace it with anywhere! It has been there for an entire weeka and they have done nothing it is just sitting there!

So what do you think I could get for this cause this is completely ridiculous and they better give me some benefit for them not having the ability to fix there own car for an entire week!

i have an old post on here somewhere, and there are plenty of other ppl that had the same problem. my sunroof broke constantly, the switch always fell out, the roof leaked, the motor broke twice. i was in my dealer all the time to get something fixed with my sunroof. when i sued GM, lemon law works on 3 tiers safety/performance/value, they decided to settle it because they felt a sunroof problem doesnt affect the safety/performance/value of my car. which is bullshit cause i had to pay for a sunroof, that would fall under value. my lawyer decided it was the best to just take the deal they offered. i coulda appealed for a refund or replacement, but it woulda taken longer. so they fixed it, and it was actually fixed for the first time. plus i got an extended warranty and 5500$ outta the deal. so it worked for me.

i would look into it, the way lemon law works, it covers court/lawyer fees too, win or lose. its free!

Demand the dealership to take the bypass valve off of a new SS on their lot. They can replace it with the new one when it comes in. They will give you some BS about not being able to do that. Keep on them.....they will cave in and replace it. I know this because the dealership I work for does it when parts aren't readily available.
