What ECT before you open 'er up?
Just curious; how much do you let your car warm up before you take her up above 5,000 RPM's or so?
I usually try to wait until 120 degrees (according to DIC) at least, but sometimes that's hard because right out of my neighborhood is the best place to give it some gas

Normally the O2 Sensor takes about 1 Min 30 Seconds to get up to temp...
Before that the ECU is running on a base map and isn't really able to adjust fuel delivery well.
No Silly Driving for 1 Min 30 Seconds..
and I would wait atleast until the indicator starts to move... Minimum.
