I transported my plastidip out to the garage from the house today.. You could say things are getting serious

Got my tiny little package from cambergang, bought it for asssssssss. Gotta find a decent spot for them inside the car.

 

Installed dual pass and phenolic spacer and replaced the CPS while i had access to it.

 

gave it it's inaugural bath

And she's in. Replaced the Hahn the previous owner had. Was really easy to do.. Sounds so much better cause the filter is closer to the cabin. Very pleased.

Awd ftw. Already have rwd so I wanted something awd. I actually let the gf drive it around they block from dinner to the movies....... more or less to shut her up though lol. won't be a common thing, I don't trust the way she drives lol. And this thing probably isn't too far off from my Cobalt

Today I came home from work and installed my single pod gauge bezel with the wideband. Wideband isn't hooked up yet however. Gotta get the bung welded in and final wiring done.

 

its a must, this thing is far from stock and i was stomping on it in the rain the other night having a blast not spinning. lol.

 

got my new tires mounted and balanced. just waiting on this stupid snow to melt.

yeah this snow cant melt fast enough it was a balmy 16C today, sun was shining but the snow is so damn deep it's gonna be a while before it's all gone. I just washed the car and was driving slow through all the water run off to avoid splashing

Oh and what'd I do today to my car? ... I tried NLS for the first time, God damn this things quick! loving it more and more every day, the FWD is still taking some getting used to though, have to hold on for dear life in WOT from 2-3 lol, but the brakes and EVEN THE HANDLING feel just as good as the ATS did in all honesty

yea man, the snow this year is a bitch. it was 56 degrees here today,snow storms in northern MN and tornado warnings and thunder storms in southern MN lol

i pulled mine out last week just to take it up to the car wash. i drove it up to the very start of winter last year and never got a chance to give it a good wash before i stored it.

the NLS get these things going. i only NLS every once and a while. just scares me a bit lol i dont want no boomers!

what do you have all done to your balt?

 

Well performance wise I've only got Intake/Charge pipes (not that that does much..if anything) but this cars already much faster than my ATS, gonna get a DP and a tune in the summer.

But yeah, not gonna NLS much...if ever really, but it was the first nice day of th eyear, windows were down, nice wide open country road and I was behind a porshce boxter doing less than the speed limit and I just HAD to try it lol.
