I got a Bullshit Fix it ticket for my tag light being out ...So i fixed it with a spare 6000k HID bulb and Ballast i had laying around.

I can't wait to put on the SS/TC wheels. Got the car back yesterday insurance ended up paying 68xx to fix a base oh well. Got the entire front end repainted and new OEM SS bumper and lip (I was so surprised the shop agreed to order that and the insurance accepted it, hell I got a new fog light and I never even had the fogs hooked up to anything). Put in a ZZP radiator and gave them my set of retrofit lights so I saved my $400 deductible between those two things.

 

took the rear wheels off to clean them and tried out my external mic. charging the battery for my dslr right, if the audio is sort of decent ill load up clip.

1st.What mic is that? Im looking for a cheap one.(sub 100) I just want something better than the onboard mic but it doesn't have to be studio quality.

i got the mic for about 100 bucks from B&H it was on sale, reg. price 200
its the Sennheiser MKE400 directional mic with optional wind muff

i adjusted the audio setting on the camera and adjusted it on the mic and the result seems spot on. I have it on medium sensitivity on the d5100

Cleaned up my heap. Getting some visual changes this weekend and full ZZP exhaust & ZZP transmission mounts.

 

You need to adjust that heat exchanger.

Other than that, the car looks sharp.

 

Yeah - I bought it with the H/E installed but I am going to adjust that and install the exhaust this weekend. It just got a new Gen 3 block last week as well lol

Got some Anzos installed and a new SS/TC grille. Exhaust and trans mounts go on this weekend. Wheels are going to get plastidipped vintage gold this weekend (hopefully) as well.

 

The lenses are probably going to turn yellow and star peeling. I had the same ones.
