What Have You Done To Your Cobalt Today?
Managed to get one middle tail light apart last night.
It turned out to be much easier than I anticipated.
People said you have to cut them, but I found that is not the case.
I just heated up a 1-1.5 inch space of the sealant, jammed a knife in there, popped out the sealant, then just started to pull it out as I heated it up with the hair dryer.
Thanks SteveoElSupremo for some tips.

Can't wait to start modding these. F*CK OFF WINTER!!

I was under the car a few days ago changing the axle seal. I think the subframe will rot before the springs need replacing.

Job demands it and wallet wants it.
Found out today I can do a full trip (642km) without hitting the gas light. Said I had 85km left but who knows how accurate the computer is. Usually the next day starting it up the gas gauge is always a bit lower than when you powered down the night before.
Winter rubber on too. Very windy, -2ish, no snow on ground. 94km most of the way except the last 45 minutes is 118km.

They have them in a few different sizes. are you going to document your progress?
Had to do that **** in my gf's room... She wouldn't let me take the hair dyer out ro the garage because "I'll break it!"

Took the other three to work today and used a heat gun.
Only took about 15 minutes
cleaned the snow off. kicked the lnf rims and tires. yup air still in em and still bolted to the hubs. afterwards turned my back to it and left it to mother nature to take a dump on it again
What kind/brand/color are you using? I need to paint my a and c pillar covers and the rest of the gray trim pieces in the headliner (dome light, coat hooks, mirror hard ware, headliner handle)when I recover it.

Prep the pieces and use adhesion promoter if you sand down to bare plastic. Then prime, paint and clear.
