It's 25% gunmetal with 25% black + 50% pearlizer with some silver holographic flakes. It's cloudy and really hard to pick up the flake on a picture but in person the flake goes crazy lol. For some reason the flake comes out the most with the moonlight.

Finished porting one of the LDK manifolds, and am now painting it high-temp gloss black.

Just plain dupli-color engine enamel in gloss black. Porting is easy. You just need an air grinder with 3" extension from harbor freight, or a dremel type tool with a 1/4" collet, not the 1/8" one that comes with actual dremel tools. It is all smoothing, not reshaping the runners or anything complex like that. Just make the walls smooth as possible and try not to touch the speed hump portion too much at all. I was able to get my ports all within .05-.1mm of each other.

Who tuned you?

Fair enough. Not sure you'd need a retune for ported manifold but I don't know LNFs well so I can't comment. It'd be interesting to log how differently it reacts with each mani but I need an LNF before I can do that. I'm not happy with how the paint turned out but the flaws will be on the underside of the manifold anyway so whatever:

To me it looks pretty good lol
Well i would think a retune would be best since more air is going in even if minimal. and yeah i would be down to get some difference on it but the cash i have is for suspension stuff lol

Thanks. I'm beating myself up because I like perfection. But can't justify another can of paint if I expect to flip these two manifolds. I'm pretty sure wgr73 tunerlocks his tunes or I'd swap you manifolds just to see the difference in trims and throttle response. Aw well, eBay here I come!

I also started the second manifold today. Going to finish it up Saturday or Sunday and put it up for sale too.

Assuming that says gray ^ haha

I got home from school/work and tried to take a pic of the flake. No luck. It's very cloudy and the moon isn't even visible :/ will attempt it tomorrow as well since I will be heading to the drag strip again

You need:

A bright moonlit night
A DSLR
A small aperture on your lens
A relatively low ISO
An exposure lasting upwards of 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

I think that would turn out fantastic.

I have a note 3 and a gopro. I'm ready. Lmao. Looks like we'll be getting some sunlight in the next few days. We have a cold front at the moment so I guess that's why it's cloudy. Name: Screenshot_2015-02-06-10-11-44_zpshw0oxest.png
