It came with a brand new vent cap for the other side that is meant to be capped/not vented, and yes I installed it.

Not my first rodeo my friend.

Yeah, the napa batter came with the hardware attached to the battery along with instructions.

Very nice battery I must say.

Staged why not go with another ac delco? When I replaced mine the ac delco was cheaper than other brands and that thing lasted me since 2006 lol. Replaced like 8 months ago

Finished re-bleeding the brake system. The pedal is much more firm now. I programmed the bcm for the larger wheels. Unfortunately, I could only set it to 17" but I have 18's. It should only be off 1-3 mph though right?
Changed the fuel filter. The first time in 130k miles. I'd say it was long overdue.

Paint them. Paint meaning proper prep work, base coat and clear.

Plastidipped anything = ghetto.

I did a power brake bleed and an automated tech2 bleed but my pedal is still a bit soft. Going to rebleed everything in a bit.

Didnt feel like waiting for one to come in.

NAPA had it in stock, and it was only $115 w/core.

Got good reviews, fit and looks like stock, and is made in the USA. I'm more than happy with it.

On a side note, took the car for a little ride yesterday.... first time driving with the new wheels and tires, and I must say, I'm very happy with them.

Did not push the car at all due to the condition of the roads... Felt like I was driving around land minds. Also, gotta let the tires break in some.

People were telling me the direzzas zIIs are noisy... I did not notice this. They are as quiet as any other tire I've had on the car.

Thanks and yes. They were a pain. Now I need to schedule an alignment. With changing the struts, hubs, shocks, wheels and rear axle, I'm sure something needs adjusted.

Put her on the road for the first time since November. Got to test out the new clutch too. Its amazing how much you miss the little things like power door locks and cruise control.
