I'll wait until I have some molds to make dash trim before I order more hybrid fabric.

The difficult part is going to be setting a price. In the end each set will cost quite a bit to make.
Add the material cost up and add at least 50% for the equipment and time

That would put these around $55-60 shipped to the US. I guess that sounds fair enough.

How much time, in hours, do you have for one set Jesse?

Of actual work, probably 2 hours. Then probably 24-48 hours of letting things dry or cure.

but you get multiple sets out of the initial lay and cure. so you need to take that time and divide it between the number of sets you get out of the big sheet. plus the time to cut out/finish the pieces

My quote is accurate considering all those things. But really it doesn't matter. I don't have a big lease payment or utilities for a warehouse and I don't have to pay employees to stand around. It's just my personal time I would have spent playing flash games online anyway.

Your call. I'm sure either will look great. I'm just not wanting to go into debt over a hobby

I'm glad too. I'm really enjoying doing this and I'm getting better by the hour.

Damn so I was all set to buy the lowering springs from Road Magnet but apparently they are going out of business and don't have any products listed? Sucks!

Would have been awesome if they had clearanced the products down too, dangit. Anyone know why they're shutting down?

Also, I was reading an old thread on mudflaps but didn't want to bump it. Does anyone have pics of it on their car? I like the rally-type look it gives, would be better if I had a coupe with a roof rack though

They are owned by OTTP now and make springs for them instead

Actually those ones mention lowering height for SS/SC and it mentions a 1.4" and 1.6" drop... iirc the road magnets were 1" and 1.5". Maybe I'm remembering wrong
