Hey,
I got my Low Rise Spoiler installed today! Also swapped out the stock trunk light with LED strip lighting left over from my domelight mod.

My car died twice in a drive thru today. AFR was normal, but since the car smells like fuel and I need to let the pump prime before starting it, I'm assuming I'll need a new fuel pump soon. :/

Mounted Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 tires, spent 4-5 hours cleaning wheels (no joke), installed Powerstop Z23 pads with Centric high carbon alloy rotors, new tie rod ends, rigged MPX muffler hangers to prevent hitting evap canister, and then flushed brake fluid. Went to seat pads and noticed steering wheel was off center (never adjusted jam nut) and then esc kept cutting in. Limped back home pissed off, and eventually did a quick makeshift toe adjustment, and all was good again.

I hate all this extra electronic crap on cars! Give me EFI and leave everything else alone.

That sounds more like a fuel line leak. Tried looking under the car during the prime cycle? Any fuel puddles under the car overnight?

I had the dealership give me my car back with the wheel cocked slightly to the right once, that ESC was brutal. Didn't even make it a block before turning around and telling them to fix it.

There's not. I can't see any signs of leakage anywhere under the car.

Maybe it's those nylon lines on top of the fuel tank

Bought a used RK Sport CF hood locally last week. It was in very rough condition but I didn't care since I planned to cut it up to make custom vents for extra cooling at the road track.
Spent the weekend cleaning it up and polishing it and it the good news is it almost looks like brand new again! Bad news is that it's not suitable for cutting vents due to the internal channel this hood has (external vent leads to the stock intake box).
I already have several (local) parties that are interested in it. Now I'm on the lookout for a plain hood, either CF or fiberglass. Anyone have one for sale?

Yeah I figured. No worries, Ryan C was also interested. He'll be thrilled when I tell him you no longer want it

Actually I don't know if it'll ever see my car. Trying to trade it for one I CAN use to cut up. I have Mr. Powell waiting in the wings with instructions on where to make custom vents

They are fine. I went to the dealer and they are going to do the fuel pump recall even though my VIN isn't specifically on the recall list. Better safe than sorry. I greatly appreciate that.

I did hear about one other spot along the system where the metal lines rust before going up into the engine... Not 100% on that though

So do I. Lucky for me I live in Anthony so I went to Rudolph Chevrolet instead. They're a lot less of a piece of **** dealership. I like them.
