the shape is different but the design seems similar to this one just by looking into it. hard to tell exactly what the inside looks like without cutting it apart or knowing exactly who makes it.
I'm doing nearly every line that is under some sort of pressure going back together with AN fittings and Braided Nylon line. I don't like the red anodizing nor does it match my existing red components so I'm doing a thin coating of powder coat on the removable ends. I have powder coated fittings before but never AN fittings so I already know it holds up to a smooth fitting wrench.
That other item is the transmission cooling line fitting.
******* slid into my co-worker's car in the parking lot the other day. Our office for whatever reason refuses to salt/sand the parking lot, and there was about 1" of snow on top of all ice underneath. I was going 5mph if that, car had zero traction. It did absolutely nothing to my co-worker's car ($ 500 Subaru beater), cracked/scratched my bumper of course.
Pulled the engine again today to finally fix it right and install my milled/ported head. Turns out the timing guide the tensioner sits on was only half there. Got to see how clean my 160k mile pistons are though. Thanks ethanol.
The majority of anything I made was stolen. Trim, headlight covers, one of the shitty mirror covers. All I have left is some resin without the hardener, a little bit of fabric, and the carbon roof that is now installed. I may buy more carbon just for myself and make a superlight hood and trunk(not 90% fiberglass like ExDim) and maybe make some quarters for it.
Right now there is no interior, only one air bag, and the HVAC is completely gone and I've blocked the firewall holes with some scrap carbon I made up.
If I knew that they wouldn't be alive still. I have my suspicions about this **** that keeps coming by, but he'll deny it for the rest of his life.

I had a big batch drying on a big table right next to the house overnight. Went out in the morning and it was gone. We are in the middle of nowhere and the stuff wasn't visible from the road, so I thought overnight would be fine but I guess not.
