subie, not cobalt. but still...

filled the tank

then

did the 2-washer/bolt Hogzaust mod...loved it with no mufflers though, even with that little bot of rasp it had.

then grabbed the calipers and measured the flanges to see what size inlet/outlet mufflers i should be shopping for

Have you tried soaking it in WD-40 and letting it sit? Sometimes tightening it just a hair allows the rust to break and you can loosen it.

dude, dude....dude.

i've used wd40 and pb blaster. like...soaking it, waiting 15 mins, soaking it again, wait 15 minutes, soak it again, wait 15 minutes, soak it, wait over night, soak it 3 more times. drive to/from work, soak it again.

still won't budge, lol.

^ if you have the room use a piece of pipe over the wrench you're using, the farther away from the sensor you pull the more torque you'll be putting on it to break it free thus is should make it easier

Got my gauges installed and my turbo timer mounted next to the steering wheel. Can't seem to get my interceptor to turn on though.. No idea what's causing it. It turned on once and now it won't. Also getting a power steering light and a service airbag light.
