what octane gas do you use?
You need to see if there are pumps there or not. Its not a simple switch over and YOU must tune for it.
Run the highest you can find.

I've heard that putting premium in a car where 87 is recommended is a waste of money, if not even reducing performance slightly. Is it the same issue putting 93 or 94 where only 91 is recommended? Or does chevy say 91 is just the minimum recommended for the 2.4 and 2.0?
I'd think the difference is a "shitbit" in this case but are there any octane gurus on here that would know?

Its been said that the SS can get better gas mileage running on 89, but as far as I know its not been confirmed. The SS/SC needs the best you can get. By the way DWK5150 I'm curious, what else did you have to do to the car besides injectors, plugs, and remap the ECU for the E85?
I run the best I can get. Currently I am running 92 otc, when I was in Cali it was only 91. When I was in Texas I ran 93 otc and I can tell the difference in hp and mpg on all three. I did happen to get a tank of 100 otc AND IT WAS KICK ASS! Even when getting on it I got 35 mpg and it was way more power than normal. As far as running higher than 87 in NA or lower compression auto's yielding lower or no mpg and hp gains? I have herd that from some but my self I use the best in all my cars and see better performance all the way around, even in a 95 metro that I had.
