What Should I Do?

I am still waiting on my Megan exhaust from NGA.

They told me last week that they had some coming in sometime this week and as a "sorry", they sent me a Escort GT-2 Performance Meter.

So I asked them last night if they heard any news on the exhausts and this is the reply.

I called yesterday and find out they are moving to larger plant, and which delayed it about 1 week. So hopefully in the next week. It was suspose to be here on Thursday but as we know that changed lol.

Hopefully soon!!
So, does anyone know where else this exhaust can be purchased from? I am highly considering asking for a refund. I have been waiting for almost two months on my order.

For those who are unsure of my story, here are the previous two threads I've made.

All I am saying is I'm tired of them saying one thing and something else comes up.
THIS IS GETTING FAR PAST RIDICULOUS.

Any suggestions?

they sent you a gt2 performance meter for free? At least they're willing to give you something for their mistake, i hope it gets to you soon, but sometimes **** happens. When i purchased my exhaust from Custom Tubes Inc. they sent it to Arizona because they accidentally put in the wrong zip code, I ended up inquiring about it since i was watching the tracking number at least.

I know you don't have a tracking, but i'm sure if you keep in contact with them and keep updating your situation then they will try and help out the best they can. Most companies like NGA are pretty reputable, but sometimes they are hard pressed to get things out that they really screw things up. If you payed through paypal, i'd start a dispute because a lot of times those things have a time limit and as soon as you recieve the item you can cancel. Good Luck

At least you got a tracking number. I was never given one which led me to think that NGA claimed they sent out my "exhaust". Meaning, there probably wasn't even an exhaust sent out to begin with.
