Uhhh... No on the intake. Correct order of TC modding here. Downpipe, charge piping, intercooler, intake, tune. If you get an intake get a tune too.

Depends on what you want to do with the car. If you plan on keeping the car mostly stock and keep it mild, go for a downpipe and then a tune.

If you want to go all out, go for downpipe, charge piping, intake, tune.. IMHO intercooler can wait till later, the stock one isn't all that bad.

A tune alone can net you 30+WHP/50WTQ.

No. Then he will need a tune and then he will be mod happy and want more and have to pay for a retune.

A downpipe and a tune are the most effective mods for this car. Charge piping is also a good idea since the stock setup sucks nuts.

You ought to figure out everything you need to get the performance you want, then figure out a logical sequence. As everyone correctly points out, you tune for what you have, so the tune goes last.

It doesn't have to be a lot. All I wanted was a broad, forgiving power band. I found out I could get everything I wanted out of the GMS1 kit, which doesn't void the warranty. Now I'm done.

I would suggest Trifecta or HPTuners for the tune.

BOV on these cars are more trouble than they're worth. Your stock BPV will be fine. Unless you really want the sound.
