What tool does this require?

It's the front license plate holder, I don't need it.. so I want to take it off.

One problem, I have no clue what tool it is.

If anyone has removed it before, please key me in to what size it is as well.

Thanks!

How are you going to mount your front plate?

NM doesn't require front plates either. I am not sure if I want two holes in my front bumper though.

ok lol umm it will probably cost a couple hundred to have the holes filled by the dealership or you could just keep the holes.
