heated seats aren't part of G85, all '07 (without recaros) have it.

Most SS/SC's will burn both tires at launch on even pavement....... LSD or not , Hell my old Z24 would lay posi unless it was on an uneven road or you turned . Turn a corner from a stop sign and hit it....... Non LSD car's will light up the inside tire LSD car's won't.

So how would I know if my 07 has the g85 package?
There is a build sticker in the trunk of every cobalt , if the option code G85 is on it ,LSD is in it.

If there is a no **** tunner in the New england area that has alot of experience with tunning meth cars please IM me so we can get to doing some tunning. If anyone is intrested the car is selling for 16K, pretty firm. Not set in stone! Thats what the post is looking for a excellent condition G85 with tastefull upgrades, right? If anyones intrested I'll send you pics of the interior/exterior and engine bay. The tires are Yokohama S-drives and handle amazing compared to the perreli's!! Also got the sportline springs and solid mounts as well as poly lower control arm bushings. The adjustments can be made via the Ibach caster/camber adjustment bolts on the spindle for a perfect alignment which I had performed when I had these tires put on two months ago. Any questions please ask. I'll drive the car to you at no cost what so ever!! The car has 29,000 miles and looks perfect.

05-07 SS/SC with Dealer Installed Stage 2

or

Stock 08-09 SS/Turbo

Both are equally fast, and both are warrantied by GM.

Yep , i'd say the SS/SC is the best bang for the buck on the market right now. You can get one anywhere from 10-15K depending on condition and mileage. Stage2 SC VS stock TC is a drivers race .

Hahn sells (which we do carry) a level 5 supercharger to turbo conversion kit for the LSJ (supercharged cobalt) It will put you up a large amount of power!

An 05 SS Arrival Blue with G85 is about as rare as it gets. Most people with 05's have crashed them. Arrival blue went away in 06. There was a shortage of G85 in the 05 model year, but they were more available in 06.

As long as it has been taken care of, the 05-07 SS' are a lot of fun to drive. Just remember to turn up your stereo when going over rough roads due to the rattles.

Agreed , when they first came out a dealer in buffalo had a Arrival blue SS/SC and i passed on it deciding to wait one year for the bugs to get worked out. I wish i would have bought it now, that color was amazing.

On another note , I'd love to see the numbers on the 05's with G85. It seems like they are a rare breed.
