I recently purchased a 2006 Pontiac Pursuit GT and I am looking for a forum for Pursuits but am having no luck finding one.

If anyone can help me, that would be great Otherwise this site will do (will use it to of course) since the two cars are very similar.

 

Yea, this is about as close to a Pursuit forum as you'll ever find. You can use the .com as well. Same car, so no biggie.

 

where are you at in b.c. I also have the pursuit gt> we are having a meet on Sunday noon at brentwood mall you should come.

 

the pursuit is the same as the cobaltss but with different tailight and grill otherwise everthing else is interchangable, so I think you foung as close as you will get to a Pursuit foroum. p.s. take a peek at the regional foroums there is a group of us from B.C.

 

The only difference between the 2006 Pursuit GT and 2006 Cobalt SS is cosmetic. Mechanically, they are the exact same car.

 

I'm in New West I think my boyfriend and I may stop by for the meet. I'll have to ask him first. I have a spa treatment scheduled for 2pm, so maybe I can work something out.

I purchased my 2006 Pursuit GT on April 17th. It's Competition Yellow and it is fully loaded

He use to own a 2003 Tiburon and I use to go to his meets so he owes me lol.
Both my boyfriend and I have purchased new cards in April. Mine was the Pusruit, his is a 2006 Nissan Altima SL

for the time being...us pursuit owners have to stay on cobalt forums and buy aftermarket parts for cobalts until the G4 is released in the states and it gains popularity...but im not complaining..

 

There aren't G4's in the states? I had heard something about the US not have the Pontiac G4 Pusruit GT.

No wonder why I can't find many things for the Pursuit let alone a forum. This will do it for now.

I'm looking at changing my front grill to look like the G6 (silver instead of the current black) do you know if this is possible at all?

 

the pontiac is only called the Pursuit in Canada...in the states it is called the G4 and it is being released for the 07 year. It is exactly the same as the G5 Pursuit up here. As far as replacing your grill with the G6 i dont think it will fit because they are different size/shape. Just wait for the G4 to get popular in the states and buy a billet grill when they come out. Those Americans love their billet grills

 

pegasus, wait a few weeks Ill be test fittinf a new custom grill for Mr. grille out of california. once I have it on the car all post pics to show you all, then Mr. grille should have it foe sale shortly afterwards

 

go to my photos and look at my pontiac Vibe it is going to be something like that, we share the same lower grill as the cobaltss except im test fitting the upper pontiac eyes for them

i would rather the top grill be billet honeycomb to stay with the Pontiac style

 

I agree with you I like the lower grill, the top is okay but it is going to be free plus it makes my car different.
