As well i want to run E85 but im not sure if going the right direction or should i go a different route to do E85 (i know i need the injectors and a fuel pump & a tune, not sure what else. So i need/want your guys help to do this build or guide me in the right direction please and thank you people.

Have a look at some other build threads for the SC, everything you will need will be there. How many miles on the car?

What is your over all power goal for the car? If your good with sitting around 300 who the stock M62 fully modded and E85 will get you there. If you want more after that and want to keep it super charged. You can put a bigger blower on it. If you want to make more power easily and don't care about the supercharger vs turbo thing, you can turbo swap. I always try and tell people to figure out which way they want to go because in the end if you go full stage 3 this and that for the blower and decide turbo swap, all the stage 3 parts are useless at that point. Personally I'm a fan of the quick easy power of a turbo.

Starting even before what Dutch and blu3 said, is this car your DD? If it is can you walk to work if the car is down?

I dont really care if i would have to turbo swap or not just the issue of that is when it would come to tuning their isnt a shop near me to do so. i do want to push power just not too much that starts to cause issues(seen post that it cant handle or just goes to **** on them) but power is my goal yes. To be honest my goal goal is to push around 550 is my goal im sure its possible easy with alot of money in, thats not the issue with time the issue is doing it because honestly dont have a clue on what to do etc.

If you want to hit 550 you wont get it on an M62 and with a TVS you could with nitrous but tuning would be tricky.

Easy route without good tuning support would be one of ZZPs turbo kits but you'll need to build the engine to handle that power.

I also wouldn't worry about local tuning if you're wanting to push 550. You are going to want to invest in HP Tuners. Once you buy HPT any tuner can do your tuning.

yeah buying the pieces separate than the whole kit is better from what i have read and cheaper but yeah will need to build it which im willing to do

In the long run it's not going to be significantly cheaper to buy the parts separately than to get a kit from zzp. If you were going for mid 300whp then it certainly would be a bit cheaper to piece together a kit, but going 550whp on an LSJ is not as easy as just throwing a turbo or tvs on with injectors (there is more than that actually needed).

You'll need the pro version, as the LSJ does not have a built in wideband. So you're looking at 550 for the cable, then you need credits to unlock the ECU (pretty sure the LSJ still takes two) so another 100 minimum. Then you have to pay a tuner or learn to tune, there are limited tunes in the repository but I would strongly warn against just grabbing a tune and copy pasting from the repository. Given your hp goal is pretty high, you're going to want dyno time to get the car close tune wise before completing the tune on the road.
