A perfect example of the selfishness I was talking about. So many people nowadays only care about themselves. It's the reason why the world is the way it is. It's all about me, me, me. I wanna race but I don't wanna drive all the way to a track so I'll do it wherever I want to. So what if someone gets hurt? At least I didn't let anyone tell me how to live my life.

It's a sad state of affairs.

the problem is people hear street racing an assume its going 150 on the highway and swerving in an out of traffic, or going 80 in a 35... The thing is, don't tell me you've never been next to some one at a light and punched it up to the speed limit... Is that really dangerous?? Going 0 - 40 on a 4 lane road?? Its more dangerous to hit a track then doing that, and that is street racing...

Is it so hard to believe that there are people that actually go through life following the rules and respecting other people's lives?

Yeah we're a crew. In the real respect of the word not Fast & Fucked up style.
We work on our own cars. Ever put a SC in a Trans Am, swap transmissions, put a stall converter on a car? Ever change out an engine and put a new one in? Not the same on mind you but an actual engine swap?

I'm sorry to hurt the idea of Ricer mentality but I come from a group that actually does ****.
haha to true... I have a "crew" as well... He just needs to stop watching fast and furious so he can learn the difference..

Exactly and I agree with the bolded part.
I don't care what you tell me so I'm gonna live my life the way I live it. Not yours so thank you at least we can agree on some things.

There is a diffrence between safe racing and stupidity. The OP's new article is a example of stupid racing. Mine is safe. We have spotters. We have access to towing trucks and emergency personal if need be. Every day you wake up is a risk. Guess what?

Living is bad for you. You'll eventually die.
So enjoy life now and as long as you don't endanger someone else's life with out their consent doing it more power to ya.

posse'

I don't care what you call yourselves, just make more mature decisions. I can go out into the woods and fire a gun into some trees. No one lives there, there's NO chance anyone could get hurt. But I don't do it because I can't anticipate when someone will do something retarded, (like walk out into the middle of my deserted four lane road at 3am) So I go to the gun range. That way when some douche climbs up on top of the berm and catches a misfire in the eye, I did everything I could to prevent it.

I did read. And a track is the only 'controlled area'. I'm done because there is no 'winning' this argument. People will do what they want. It's what happens. There are consequences and unfortunately it's usually someone innocent that ends up paying them. Goodbye.

haha typical... They say they leave, but all they mean is there just going to read and not post... which is what you should have done in the first place... I hope you edit your prior post because personal attacks dont go over well with the mods...
