Thumbs up Wireless G-Tech Performance Meter!

This is the G-Tech performance meter. Just like an aeroforce scan gauge it measures performance parameters and other things like HP, 0-60 times, 60ft. times, dyno graphs and shift lights. It's a little cheaper than the aeroforce and it's wireless. You just plug it into the cigarette lighter. Let's discuss! $195.00

C&D said its the most accurate thing to use if you can't make it to a track! (Thanks p7x)

Thing kicks ass!

I would reccomend it for anyone that does not live relatively close to a track. C&D said its the most accurate thing to use if you can't make it to a track.

Ah I didn't know that. I'll add it to the first post. Thanks bro. Yeah that thing is bad ass and cheaper than the aeroforce gauge. Oh I almost forgot WIRELESS!!

I would like to have something like that since the closest track is 100 miles away.

they arent 100% accurate for 1/4 mile times and so on, but pretty close

how do they measure RPM's?!?!?

i dont know about the new one but the one I had plugged into ur 12 volt and read the noise from the altenator (**** I can't remember exactly but it was in the instructions). It matches you're engine and you set the redline and you can also use it as a shift light.

Exactly. It measures things by weight, speed, noises things like that. You program the weight of the vehicle and other things. It's pretty cool.

You can't compare that to the Interceptor. The Interceptor is designed to tell you what's going on inside your engine. It just so happens that it has a couple little cool feature added to it that tell you 1/4 times and **** like that.

Personally I think the G-Tech is a waste of money. You can't compare it to track times unless your actually using it on a track. If you use it on a road you could be going slightly uphill or downhill, traction isn't the same, there are tons of things that make the street different from the track. Sorry kids but if you want a true 1/4 time, your going to need to truck your ass to the track, haha

agreed, but if you can not spare the money for the aeroforce, 60 bucksd on ebay looks like a good price for people that live far away from the track.

The key is to have a flat smooth road. If not they will be off.
