If your thinking ticket heaven, I don't have a front plate, I drive like a ********, and I already have 5% tint. 0 tickets, 1 accident in the 3 years i've been driving.

I really just want it fixed, but i'm not going to let some mom and pop place do it. I'm going to have one of those glass places that come to you fix it. Or the dealer.
It also is a bad idea to have the front windshield tinted because if you ever get into a wreck guess who is going to get blamed - you with your tinted front windshield. Someone hits the back of your car - oops he stopped short because he couldn't see because his windshield is tinted. Trust me, any insurance company lawyer will have a field day making everything become your fault.

Damn, Dan can't believe you didn't hit me up to let me in on this. Sucks dude, I might know some youngsters out my Moms way that can make him disappear.

Here's a plus to having some tint on the windshield, if there were to be an accident and/or something were to break it while he's driving, that tint will hold the glass together so that it doesn't fly back and shatter all over his grill. <--Mean face for those that ain't straight street yo...lol

Exactly. The tint i'm looking to go with is the absolute lightest possible. I'm not no idiot trying to do 20% or some ****.

Still haven't gotten word on anything. I wonder how this will play out.

Either they pay up, or a buddy is going to **** him up AND there will be vandalism charges brought upon AND his parents will still pay after court ruling.

I never went, had **** to do around the house that wasn't done earlier. I'm going to take a ride pass his house in a little anyway.

Someone emailed him a picture of my car before the damage asking if it was fun. I'm waiting to see what he says there also.

Now I see why the teen population is mostly hated on by adults.

Trust me, being a teen in my woirk environment is bad. They think I'm a slacker and misfit and all that. I've worked hard through that stereotype, but trust me, I can see why teens are hated by adults, its very apparent.

That is exactly why my comprehensive deductible is $0. Used to be $500 for both collision and comp. Raised collision to $1000 and lowered comp to $0 and my rate actually went down. It's a nice security to know if someone decides to bust your window for fun and doesn't get caught, it ain't coming out of my pocket. $2000 is a ridiculous amount for a comp deductible. Why even have insurance?

This post makes me hate 15 year olds. They will have there day. Just get some seniors to duct tape him on a light post in the rain during a football game.

Awesome idea I'd say. Oh ya, and have them wear masks and trap and gloves.

Required in NJ.

I'm 19, pay for this car myself under my name, and insurance. It isn't cheap.

Windshields already have shatter proof glass. Anything that hits the window hard enough to knock the glass off of the adhesive compound is going to rip through the window tint like it is paper.

Actually, if you further read, he said he doesn't like me BECAUSE of my car. He has never seen me, I didn't know this kid even existed.

Little update.

I drove by his house yesterday night and the kid ran inside. *****. Still waiting on the police report.

your natural reliance on the police to deal with this matter of the law broken against you,
coupled with your blatant disregard of the law in respect to your own actions...
is quite ironic.
