Woohoo! I'm a victim.
My actions are completely irrelevant. Has nothing to do with the way I drive, the way my car looks. The ONLY thing relevant to the situation is that my windsheild was vandalized.
It isn't my fault I don't get tickets for my actions. It's not my fault the judiciary branch decided that vandalizing ones property is a crime or that window tint is A SECONDARY OFFENSE. It isn't my fault that cops have to do a job to solve a case.
hes obviously pissed, i highly doubt he would go **** up some little kid. You say this as if you wouldnt be mad if this happened to you... ironic ? doubtful.
well none the less it sucks it happened. IMO i dont think i would be driving around his house... say he sees u driving by more then once and gets paranoid and calls the cops.... cops now have u on file for driving by his house numerous times.... he then gets beat up later on by one of ur buddies.... ur now #1 suspect for an assault. depending on how bad he gets beat up... im sure they might try to lean towards a premeditated assault and i think thats a felony. all over a window :-(.... but hey... what do i know... jus my 2 pennies
I think eveyone has mistaken what he was saying. He was simply pointing out the irony of the situation, and how some poeple only like the law when it suits them.

I have no problem with the law. My family is in law enforcement and that is what I study and where I plan to end up.

They outsource the work and gave me a guys name but I never called. Instead, i looked around and found the factory GM glass for $283 with all new moldings not installed. I called up Safelite over on RT 37 in Toms River and they quoted me $293 installed with new moldings as well.

A cop has a job to do. Not doing his job DOES get him in trouble. If your doing 90 in a 65, you bet your ass i'll be stopping you. Every man has a little bit of leeway, but taking it too far need justification to bring it back in check.
they def do have a job to do, but i cant stand cops who think theyre above the law because theyre cops.
Spoke to Detective today, hasn't had a chance to reach the kid or his parents yet. Ironicly, the kid that told me actually got caught earlier in the week doing the same thing to other vehicles. That's a seperate investigation.
I'm just getting it fixed as of now. Later on when I find out more I will deal with getting the money back. I'm sick of my car looking like **** because of this.
