Oh and I think the trunk might not be damaged, I think the bumper pushed it up in the collision but once you change that it should probably work with no problems, it doesn't look dented or anything.
I'd say 3k is a perfect amount, selling the wheels, seats and a few other parts you'll already make your money back haha
But yeah I agree that being rear ended the car might have lots of frame damage, mine's been hit REALLY LIGHTLY like you couldn't tell it was hit and the frame was welded underneath the bumper, saw it the other day when I took the bumper off. Didn't bother me I had a feeling and it didn't look too bad but I didn't think a hit like that would cause frame damage, it was basically a 2-3 mph reversing onto a pole. Couldn't have been any worse than that.
