That is definitely fixable!

I don't know if I would want it after it was fixed, but someone will be driving that car in a month!

Dibs on parts

R33P3R007: I asked within minutes of the first post for the recaros and LSD you can still have the headlights tho since I have already done the headlight mod. I have also been talking through PM's about me goin to pick the parts up.

If you are picking parts, I'll take the spring, strut, top hat assemblies for my 2.4 SS. Looks like the driver side front is toast but the rest look fine. How many miles on the car?

I guess we need to find out where they are taking it to do some parts picking. I'd go for all the strut spring shocks top hats, and the front lower lip for my 2.4. Can anyone find out where its going?

looks fixable, but I doubt they will, because of the airbags. Do what I did, get a GTO!

Main reason why they're going to total it is because it buckled the roof. You can see the sunroof popped up, well it wasnt open, it did that all on its own! Cant fix structural damage like that. I wont even let them cuz that car will never be the same, Ill make sure they total it.

Any word from your insurance company about parting the car out? I have cash sitting in my hand for that LSD and the seats.

Unless you buy the car back and part it out, that car will be on the road again. It will never see a junkyard where normal people can walk in and take parts off of it. That car will be sold at a auction for about $2500-3500, and someone will fix it and resell it. I have seen it happen all too much.
