does this vendor ever respond to anything

ive been trying to call to check up on an order that i havent recieved ne email about. i ordered it almost 2 weeks ago and have seen nothing about it. ive been calling once an hour for the past 3 days. trying the order hotline and the check order status line. and have gotten no answer. i had this problem before also. i tried emailing before and never got a response. so im not even wasting my time this time. does ne one else have this problem? some one there needs to get on the ball.

I'am not trying to make excuses for them but you may want to read this. I know Bill has spent the past few months with his dad in Florida.

I dunno what you ordered but sometime they actually have to make it, and that takes time. It took me 4 weeks to get my header from them. I called once a week and we told it wasn't done yet until it showed up at my door.

It's hard to be patient I know. It's not like walmart with just in time manufacture, it would be cool if it was...

hahn is one of the most trusted names in the cobalt site.. no worries. keep in mind that they do lots of events, and with their recent family tragedy i'm sure they have alot going on these days. but no worries, they'll get back to you.

Although, I haven't dealt with them, I'm sure it's either taking a little longer in production or there's just been a delay due to Bill Hahn Sr's passing...I know when my dad died, I took a bit of time off (although he died in 06 when I was 22).

Have patience and it'll be there before you know it. You stated that the lady on the phone said it would have to be made (although it's not custom made, it still takes time to produce as they probably don't want to stock them).
