Appearance: How-To: Remove glare spots above cut-off line with 3rd Gen. Projectors
Just so you know...instead of the muffler cement, a 6-32 machine screw works great in the hole. Just did that...no worries about heat. It just has to bite into the hole, and then all is well. Screw it down carefully after it bites, you don't want to overtorque it and strip the hole. Its quite snug.
I didn't think til after installing them that maybe you should try to use a black screw, or paint the tip of the screw with flat black high temp paint. The screws I used were a very dark grey. I can't see 'em.

The reflector is loose inside the headlight right? Should just be able to shake the headlight around and it'll drop out of the hole where your bulb sits. If the screw is out and the reflector is still stuck in there, try poking it with a coathanger maybe
I just did this the other day. Wish I had looked here and saw this when I installed the lights 3 months ago I was getting ready to paint the stock lights and re install them since they had HID's in them cause the projectors look like ****. After this they seem brighter and without the glare spot I could re aim them higher and it is a huge difference. They should have came like this in the 1st place.
