Sorry to bring up an old post, but What if I want to jack up one of the front wheels individually instead of both in the front?

I know this is probably one of the most noobish questions I can probably ask but its worth a try

Then place your jack under the rear CAB bolt of the control arm.

If I wanted to remove the whole rear axle beam to replace it, where can I place the jack stands to hold the car up in order to put in the new rear axle beam?

Use really tall jackstands and remove the rear section of the exhaust and put it on the frame rails up there(stick your head under and look, you should see what I am talking about) although the best way would be a 2x4 just on the inside of the pinch with the stand holding on to that... The longest 2x4 you can fit.
