Here is a short how-to video for installing a TWM short throw shifter in a 2.2. I didn't include easy steps such as removing the center console or unbolting the gearbox. I just recorded myself doing steps that I thought people might have trouble with. I also made a special point of highlighting my errors at the end of the video so people who install this in the future will know what to expect. Please leave feedback by letting me know whether this video is helpful or not.

Man, that is way harder than it should be! I bought the $40 ebay cavalier shifter and used these instructions: http://www.wildweasel.ca/HowTo/Auto/...BMShifter.aspx

I would have gone nuts if I tried TWM's instructions. You really don't need to tear everything apart like that. The hardest part for me was getting the old aftermarket shift knob off because I had epoxied it on a while back.

TWM's instructions are just more in depth. Anyways, if you can install an intake on a car, you can install a STS. Incredibly easy.
