Also I am trying to find the banjo bolt gasket. Does anyone know the part number?
go ALLLLLL the way back to the original post in here and the part number is in that one i think......somewhere in this thread at least. mine were fine though. as for the coupler, you will need an extended one, the 5" one. i ended up having zzp weld onto the tip instead of using a longer coupler.

Thanks man yeah I found the banjo gasket part number. But for the Hahn Upper Charge pipe, the 5" coupler wont work with it. On zzp's page it says the 5" coupler will only work with a 2" pipe. Hahn is a 2.5" pipe like zzp's, so I am wondering if zzp's 90deg coupler will work for the Hahn..... hummmm Id rather find a 2" to 2.5" 5" long reducer ..... What ever lol Ill try the zzp 90deg coupler and hope it works.

If you didn't order the zfr yet, ask zzp to weld on a piece that makes up for the difference. It's what they did for me and I have hahn piping.

yea just ask them to do that, they will charge you obviously for the weld time and the extended tip but its worth it. they did a good job on mine.

I had them add this option in the drop-down menu to make this request easier.

Just to clarify if you select the welded extension you wouldn't need to cut a new sylicon adaptor. The stock one should bolt directly to the turbo with no modification? I have a ZZP upper cp.

With the welded on extension, you can use any existing charge tube setup that normally connects to the stock turbo. However, since you have the ZZP upper charge tube, you could also run the longer 90 degree coupler.(The $35 option)

Since Regals have the charge tube bolted directly to the turbo, the flange needs to be cut off in order to run a different turbo. We run the normal compressor outlet without extension. Then we use a straight silicone couple over the charge tube.

Hope to install my ZFR possibly next weekend. I have a Dejon Upper CP. Any tips with that? I saw someone posted that it was a stretch but it works as-is?

Regardless you're gonna need a 5" straight silicone coupler. The turbo is recessed in the bay and your coupler from the k04 won't work.

should add for tapping out the pvc that goes from turbo to valve cover, heat up the area before tapping out, goes a lot easier

I ordered a powder coated vc , didn't come with one so mine was easy lol when I tapped out the fitting for the Powell PVC upgrade, came right out. Tried it on old vc I have sitting there. Not so easy lol

Are there any torque specs to follow with turbo install, if so what are they

where is everyone getting the coolant banjo gaskets from? crate engine depot shows no results for that part number and my local dealer would have to order them, just curious.

edit: NM, i found them at another dealer after 50 phone calls to every dealer in the area lol, also ordered from gmpartsdirect as a last resort before i found them, seems like i would've been waiting weeks for the gaskets, never again ordering from there.

So I just used this to do a ZFR install, love this write up. I, naturally with my luck, had the Injen CAI and Upper Charge Pipe that doesn't fit. So I chucked it and a friend gave me his ZZP Upper Charge Pipe. Unfortunately he doesn't have the coupler for it so I have a make shift one sitting on it at the moment. I just emailed ZZP about the longer coupler but it being my only car I have little to no time.

So, my question is, will the factory coupler work on the ZZP Upper Charge Pipe and ZFR? Cuz I can get that at work. Lol.

No, the factory coupler is shorter. You can add a short piece of 2" tubing and another 2" coupler if you just need to get by temporarily.
