how much for tune

just curious as to the average cost of an Intense Tune for a minorly modded car.... pulley, exhaust, K&N, and 60lbs injectors?

there is a local shop here that tunes with hptunners and they said they could do it for me. for $400 initial tune and dyno time for every tune after that. I was just wondering how this compares to intense since I am able to get up to intense but this other shop is a lot more convenient.
