Okay guys, We've got to straighten this out as the shipping situation is definitely out of control. Rod called us up and told me that there's a bunch of whom did not receive their headers... So this begs the question, who DIDNT receive them. It's a lot easier to organize here. I'll try to keep log on here. Everyone who did not receive a header, simply make a post stating so. (From the emails I believe there's about 9 customers who didnt get a header) If you wish to email us instead, then please email us (info@jbodyperformance.com). PMs' are cumbersome so just leave an email if you want to be private. We'll take it from there tomorrow... again, really sorry guys for not keeping you in the light, just trying to keep our heads above water at the moment with everything that is going on elsewhere. We have to make this situation a priority.
Honestly though, shouldn't someone at JBP already know "Who was sent what & when, and have they received it"...?
Thats six no shows for the headers... I've identified one customs return. There's one more customs return thats unaccounted for. As I just emailed out to everyone, it's looking as though we're going to have to take the hit and just ship out another batch to the ones that didn't receive their headers... This time around we're going to use either Purolator or DHL and drop off at the depot ourselves at the end of the month, (instead of the truck pick-up that we have) This way we'll see physically that the parcels are received, scanned and documented as being dropped off.. Purolator and DHL will ship the headers out at 1 business day for Canada and 2 business days anywhere in the states. So there will be no shipping delay for ppl who are way down south or off the continent. For the customs returns customers we'll have to find out before shipping, as to why your parcels didn't clear as the reason given is ambiguous....
I e-mailed about getting a refund a while back and still havent receive anything via e-mail.
I still havent received mine and would just perfer the cash.
If i could get a refund it'd be appreciated.

If they use Purolator and/or DHL and do their customs paper work correctly there will be no problem. I can’t imagine them needing any more then a commercial invoice indicating what they are shipping and the value of the shipment.
