local chicago tuners

i'm selling my nitrous kit and i got an offer for any local balt looking to get on the bottle. if you buy the kit i'll install it for you or assist in the install. whichever you prefer. i'm saving up to get my sts turbo build. if you're looking to help yourself to some serious power you shouldn't pass up the bottle, unless you're getting boosted. if you're already boosted i got 35 and 50 shot jets with the kit as well and i'd be very willing to make a deal on the kit with the warmer included for a local chicagoland tuner.

hmmm that is a good deal,I actually started to go back to work finally,I won't get paid until end of this month though bleh. You had it dyno with the trifecta right? Will that mess with the ECU on my car still or is the whole set up basicly on its own where it doesn't need to be recognized by the ECU?

the ecu will pull timing to avoid knock so the nitrous is essentially plug and play. you don't need to change plugs or gas. that's all mythical bullshit when dealing with the 2.2 and the bottle. trust me i know from personnal experience. gonna dyno the trifecta tune after i get my 2.4tb and 2.4 mani, also i'm going with a true header before my i do my muffler delete. sts turbo ftmfw.

yeah, today I am finishing up the catless downpipe and pacesetter header today.I do want to get the 2.4 mani regardless since I saw a youtube video of a guy with a 2.2 cobalt blowing up his intake manifold with nitrous lol. That is something I am interested in getting though is buying the nitrous kit off of you.I just need to get paid first:/

for the record the 2.4 mani will blow up if the nitrous is not setup and used properly. i know this for a fact cause i watched it happen to yzriders car. we had to drive out to his house and come back to my area to do a swap to his 2.2 mani at 1am. it was not fun but the car was running fine after and 2 weeks later ran 13.8 at rt.66 raceway. that being said the most important reason to do the swap is that you will improve the top-end greatly and that is were the inline 4's shine when it comes to making power.

ah so regardless you would end up blowing the intake manifold off just by abusing the nitrous whether or not you go with the 2.4.I would still get the 2.4 and get it tuned at least

exactly, i don't like misinformation. we should all be aware that the 2.4 mani can and will blow. the important factor is that we need to run our nitrous systems safely to avoid problems. i've been on the bottle for a long time now and i can preach as to how wonderful it is but i am well aware that improper setups and abuse can damage engines.
