need a tune

hey guys can anyone in my area tune my car.i can't do it not too smart with car stuff. so i don't wanna spend hundreds of dollars for something i dont know how to use.

ya who ever you get it from they send it to you through email or pm it to you and you just uppload it onto your computer then your car then wah lah!
