ok is it possible for me to pay you the same day as the tuning? and if so can u pm me and give me an address or something. i can just use gps. oh and also i got a 2.9 pulley and 42.5# injectors is it safe to drive up there with both of those on as long as i dont boost?

as long as your car is a stage 2 as it sits now. then the pulley swap will be fine. injector swaps take 10 mins. pulley swap will be done by someone else. i don't do them. you can pay me the same day, thats cool

thats the problem im on my stock PCM. ive already put on my 42# injectors and drove and that seems fine, im more worried about putting the pulley on and driving down there.

and whoever gives out the information on where exactly to meet up at plz give me the info!

 

put the stock ones back in it. check with the st louis guys on doing the pulley swap.

 

Well got some way bad news.....Sunday night i got alittle pedal happy and well i messed something up bad, my check engine will not go off...The car is misfiring non stop now and i am probably certain i fucked a piston up or something along those lines, car feels alittle slower now and is making some type of rattling sound in the engine bay.... ******* POS, well i have to take it to the dealer to see what the damage is , Hopefully this will be my chance to suck it up and make a higher car payment and buy a new Evo!

Updated first post with location!!!!!!! Bryan, if you need internet access, my house is not far away, nor is a few hotspots.

 

Yeah, put the stock injectors back in. You don't want to drive all the way up here on 42# injectors tuned for 34# injectors. It seriously takes 10 to 15 minutes to swap them.

Do you have a pulley hub on the SC or just the stock pulley? If you are on the stock pulley you need to get the hub swapped on before you come up here, I doubt you will have time to mess with pulling the pulley off and pressing a new hub on once you get up here. If you already have a hub on the car, we can always swap pullies pretty quick. You can drive up with the 2.9 on the car, just take it nice and slow and stay out of boost and you will be fine.

 

Alright guys i got some BADNEWS last night coming back from mikes, Just like jake i got a little pedal happy cause of the mounts and down pipe. But long story short i got pulled over in creve core(sp) doing 100+ and have to go to court about it. Cant even bring a lawyer. So i will still be there but wont taking part in the actual tuning..... Man This for real blows...and o top of it my top stud on the manifold is fucked and i have to go some where and get it drilled out and retapped...

I have 60# injectors with harness, a 2.8 with hub, and stage 2 belt for sale, less than 2000 miles on them all. This would be a perfect time to buy them and then get Area t00ned. $275 takes it all

 

So uh, I don't have an 06 or 07 SS, its an 08 LT.. I don't have money and I don't even know if I'll ever get a tune, but would it be cool if I watched this whole deal? I've gotten to know a few of the guys getting their cars tuned.. plus if anyone is interested in a small photoshoot... I guess it'd be up to Brian or AJ, they're the ones organizing this.
