Just wondering if anyone wants to come around my neighborhood tomorrow night. Always a lot of cars racing around and people just bs'n. The White Castle at Harlem and Belmont is the normal meeting spot. The few people I've talked to since I moved there have said I'm the only Cobalt SS they've seen around.

 

There is going to be a bunch of G6s, GPs, ME, and some other cars at streets of woodfield tomorrow night.... would be nice to have a few more balts show up... maybe some MODDED ONES!

 

What time? I'm stock but I'll still go. I dont get off of work til 9 though

Y'all need to come out to Strats Restuarant. It's on North Ave near Rt. 83. Usually a good crowd there, good food, some races, nice cars, and of course, nice girls. If anyone wants to go I'll be there after 11 or 12 tomorrow and then probably about 10 or 11 Saturday night.

Closer? I live on the north side of Barrington for gawd sake. Don't tell me about CLOSER. I used to go to "Streets", which was a 30 minute or so drive depending on route and traffic, but the constant harassing by the rent-a-cops there and the idiodic people there pissed me off. Now I'm more than willing to drive the extra 15 minutes to get to a better spot with no harassment from cops. Still gotta deal with the idiots but a quick race shuts them up....and lines my pockets.

LOL Yeah Strat's is about 10 minutes for me - I live two towns over from it.

 

What I'm saying is.....DON'T BITCH ABOUT DRIVING A FEW EXTRA MINUTES. I have to go AT LEAST 30 minutes to get anywhere that there's people.

hey there Hypsy.... I still got 58% oil life..... I can't do strats that late... I am up at 4am ARGH .... 11 pm = 2nd REM state dreaming of stage pkg and some suspension

 

and I have to drive an hour to get anywhere....

 

So you know my pains. Why go to a shitty place like Streets and get hassled when you can go to Strats, stay till 4AM or later, eat GOOD food, see hot cars and hot chicks, and most importantly NOT BE BOTHERED BY RENT-A-COPS? Makes no sense to go to Streets unless you like getting yelled at by Rent-A-Cops. I guess some do though.

 

well ive never had a problem with the rent-a-cops personally. but the people im around dont act like asses. we sit in the very back of dicks parking lot and just talk and hang out. And tonights meet wasnt my idea it was a planned thing with the G6s and chicago grand prix club and ILGPC. I just extented the invitation to anyone here.

 

ChitownSS showed and someone in a blue cobalt was on the other side but never came over.

I was there in the blue cobalt. I talked to Surburban Robot for a while and I saw chipmunk. Great turn out there with the R33 Skyline that showed up! Nice to meet everyone there. I had a race with a turbo civic but had to turn it down because of my tires. All in all a fun night!

 

you guys should have came over by us. It was a lot of cool peopel hangin out without all the ricer drama lol
